I love eating a fish thats staring back at me. And What is Chicken's paw? Or Aspic of Pig's Ear? I speak English but have not a clue. Anyway its been awhile since I've posted some powerful chinese culinary pictures. And it doesnt get much more powerful than the fiery blast of szechuan. I think just about everything is covered in chiles. Actually if you ask me, they probably need all that spice to cover up the fact they are eating dog balls and horse rectum. just kiddddingggg.

Mooncakes sound delicious, look alright and taste like toewax and melted crayons, in a pastry shell.

FACEMASK CITY

i kinda feel out of the cool group on this one. There have been a dozen or so confirmed cases of swine flue in my office and now even my boss keeps a mask at her desk. I just cant do it though, and I cant talk to people in a mask without wanting to laugh. The family nurse assures me that they dont even protect against disease after 20 minutes or so, however the majority of HK doesnt seem to know this or care. Masks are as common as shirts now.(which actually isnt saying much for parts of kowloon and wanchai).
